AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENTS BY PATTON STUDENTS

Congratulations to the Patton Forensics Speech and Debate team for their performance at Tuesday's Chester County Middle School Forensics Tournament. They were among over 200 students throughout Chester County who participated. After a day of debating and public speaking we are proud to announce the following results: Aarohi Nadkarni, Heidi Huffman, and Clifford Han all advanced to the final rounds in their events.

Trophies were awarded in the following categories:

Poetry, 3rd place Glorianna Yinn

Prose, 2nd place Lily Yang

Original Oratory: 3rd place, Mira Patel, 1st place Addison Liu

Impromptu: 1st place, Julie Griswold

In debate, Patton swept the 22 other teams competing with four of our teams advancing to the semi-final rounds. After the semi-final  and final rounds the results were:

4th place: Saanvi Garg and Medha Patel

3rd place: Manav Gundecha and Sebastian Tucker

2nd place: Ansh Abbaraju and Nikhil Piskolar

1st place and debate champions: Naman Razdan and Soumil Zachariah

Great job, everyone. You all did an outstanding job!

Congratulations to 7th grade students Nandhini Parthasarathy and Saanvi Garg for advancing to the semi-final rounds and earning silver medals at the Math 24 County Competition. Great job, girls!

Congratulations to all the students who participated in the County Knowledge Bowl. Everyone did an outstanding job answering 4 rounds of academic questions. We are happy to recognize the 6th grade team of Mirielle Brady, Suhan Neema, Ria Saxton, Samantha Ellis, and Vivian Gushurst as third place winners, as well as the 6th grade team of Ryan O'Leary, Nate Lawrence, Elias Bomberger, Rikhil Kumar, and Dimitrios Angelakos as the first place winners in the competition! Great job to all of Patton's teams.

IMPACT TESTING FOR 6TH AND 8TH GRADE STUDENTS

We will be conducting ImPACT Testing for 6th and 8th grade students who are interested in playing sports in 7th and 9th grades. This testing will be conducted during PE starting on June 5th. Your child will receive a permission slip for this testing during PE starting on May 25th. They will receive the slip the first day that they
